Stefan Lemley Sharpening

Very much a novice at video filming and editing, but I enjoyed refurbishing a knife from the local thrift store that was made from good steel. Did I put about $30 worth of work into a knife that is $20 new on Amazon, yes I did. Is this profile and edge now better refined, durable, and significantly sharper than new from the factory? Very much YES. 👍
